Isaac and I had our own Friday night cook off. We found our recipe on Isaac's favorite web site, Noggin.com so we gave it a try. I was very proud of us, they turned out so yummy!! If you don't know what an Empanada is well I will try to describe it, it's sort of like a Mexican style meat pie. The best part was that Isaac actually ate his dinner, that is rare for him. I thought the pictures were so cute I had to share. I love the last picture where Seth is sticking his head in the shot. Fun Times!!
