One of my favorite fall activities is to go to the pumpkin patch and pick out pumpkins. I think that it is my inner child coming through, but it is one of those things that makes me happy. So since Andy's schedule is super crazy right now, I just took the boys. We had fun picking out the perfect pumpkin. We ended up getting a 30 pounder pumpkin. I also love fall foods. Pumpkin being one of my favorites. I just made some Pumpkin bread tonight(thanks to Vanessa's recipe in Columbus Friends 2007 cookbook) My whole house smelled so yummy, and the bread was so good. I wish I had known you were going to the pumpkin patch. I would have loved to go. Where did you go to? By the way, now it is your turn to share recipes...

what a great pumpkin patch! It looks so picturesque. It's hard for me to be in Arizona in the fall, nothing changes!
